Where We Ship We currently ship nationwide across South Africa.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time We ship from our international warehouse. Once dispatched please allow 15-30 business days for delivery depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday and December holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use our Track My Order page to follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays Restova is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier companies, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us at restova.store@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer redelivery costs will be for the customer's account. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
