RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Restova we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. Simply email us at restova.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. No need to return the item.
Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned to our warehouse before a refund is processed. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Processing Once your refund is approved it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
